Reminiscing Antoni Gaudi’s brilliance through your narrative, your sketches & his artistic genius in full display is mind boggling and magical! Thank you!

I’m so happy you found such magic in Gaudi’s work as well! Have you been to Barcelona to see some of his designs?

It is interesting how we stop sketching and doodling as we get older. We get busy, and don't make time for it, I suppose. I've always admired travel sketchbooks. And you can certainly draw better than me! Glad you overcame your perfectionism 💓🙂

Aww 🥰 thanks for those kind words! It’s been fun to sketch just for fun, you know? And not worry about how bad other people think my doodles are! 😆 or even how bad I think a lot of them are… 🙈

What an absolutely beautiful piece! How connected you were with your surroundings while in Barcelona, surrounded by the absolutely genius work of Antoni Gaudí, and how you allowed that inspiration to spark something that used to shine so bright within you - such an inspiring piece. Writing has been that for me - something that used to flow so easily and constantly as a kid, now awkwardly trying to start it up again. It feels so good to connect with that inner child as an adult, and this was such a great reminder to continue connecting with that piece inside of us. Beautiful sketches, beautiful descriptions and beautiful message! Really loved it - thank you for sharing :)

I've often thought about returning to ceramics, something I used to do for fun in school. But, it's difficult to find places to do such things where I live.
